Many items are ready to ship, meaning they will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Made to order items, for example, personalised pieces or rings that needs to be made to size will have a longer lead time of 2-3 weeks. Please check individual listings for more information or send me a message directly if you are unsure.
If you are unsure of your ring size then I can send you a ring sizer which you can view here, please send me a quick message with your details and I will send one out to you.
If you would like your order to be sent directly to a loved one as a gift, I can gift wrap your item and add a note card free of charge. Please just send me a note at the checkout if you would like this to be added to your order.

Gold vermeil is a sterling silver plated using a thick layer of 18ct gold. It has a brighter finish and more depth of colour than 9ct gold. It is more hardwearing than mass-produced fashion jewellery which is known as flash plating.
All my jewellery is handmade from quality materials and, with care, will last a lifetime. Perfumes, lotions and hair products can cause tarnish. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Let creams and perfumes dry before putting jewellery on. Silver and gold may tarnish over time but can be restored with a cleaning solution; follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Store jewellery in a sealed container (keep the original gift box) to slow tarnishing. Scratches and light surface wear, especially on rings and bangles, are normal.
Some pieces will have a hallmark. A hallmark shows the metal and its purity, the maker, the year, and where it was tested. Within UK law, some items will be exempt because they are under the weight threshold which is legally required.
