UK Shipping

All UK shipping is processed with the Royal Mail. Shipping options:

  • 1st Class (Standard) | 1 - 2 Working Days | £2 for Pillow Boxes (silver stud earrings) | £3.70 for everything else.

  • Special Delivery - Next day Delivery (automatically applied for orders over £60) | £6.50

Please note, this only applies to the shipping time once the order has been dispatched, not the time taken to dispatch the order. Please see below for dispatch times.

// PLEASE NOTE // If Standard Delivery option is chosen I cannot be held responsible for the rare case that a parcel goes missing in the post and unfortunately this postage method does not cover for this. If you have any questions on this then please contact me. Choosing the Special Delivery service means that the items is also covered for loss/damage.

The shipping timescales given are estimates, occasionally items can be delayed in the postal system, especially around Christmas time and unfortunately this is outwith my control.  Please get in touch if you are concerned about your shipment and I will do all I can to assist.

EU & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All EU and international orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For. Delivery times may vary for individual countries. Please allow up to 15 working days for EU countries and up to 25 working days for all other countries. Shipping for International orders is £12.50

You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

 

Dispatch Times

Made to order pieces (for example, anything personalised) will be dispatched 5 - 10 working days from when the order is placed. Some pieces are already in stock and are, therefore, shipped more quickly at around 3 - 5 working days. Please send me a quick message if you would like to know the dispatch time of your order. If you need something in a rush or for a certain date then please let me know and will do my very best to accommodate this. You will receive an order summary via email once your order has been placed and again once it has been dispatched with tracking details, if required.  

Returns

Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to me! If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way then please let me know and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you. If you would like to return the item for any other reason, then you have have 28 days to do so, unless the item has been damaged or show significant signs of wear. Due to hygiene reasons, all studs and earrings are non-refundable, as are bespoke items. Please note, in the event of a refund or exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including any customs fees incurred. 

Whilst every care has been taken to ensure of accurate descriptions and images, due to the handmade nature and materials used on each piece they can be very slight variations from piece to piece. Prices and availability of items are subject to change at any time.
